The Image Working Directory must be selected prior to counting or image scan/acquisition.
In the drop-down menu there are options to:
•Since a workspace holds information on camera settings, an option to use the settings or not exists.
•After a scan, it is possible to continue doing the counting.
•A XY stage settle time can be added. The delay is entered as number of frames to skip after XY stage has reached its position, before grabbing image.
•Interrupt an ongoing count. This is useful since scanning of a large surface may take some time to complete.
