Open previously saved topography images, 3D surface or 2D profile.
The bin-format is an older proprietary binary format. Since DeltaPix InSight 7.0 we have introduced a new proprietary format that is used for both single image topographies and stitched topographies. This format is called .3D.dpz and is also opened through the Topography button.
Zeiss
An image stack acquired from a Zeiss microscope (e.g. using Zen), can be opened and processed to a topographic 3D image.
Digital Surf
Import a .sur file generated by Digital Surf.
